From the auto industry to your kitchen. Chef Max has always been passionate about two things in life, food and cars. As his passion for food developed and overtook his love of cars, he began to do more catering and private chef events. He realized that he could translate his skills from the auto industry to his cooking business. Patience, precision, and perseverance were the perfect recipe for his burgeoning business.
Max traveled the world to pursue his passion for culinary experiences and sharpen his skills, he discovered many unique and interesting dishes and methods along the way. When he traveled to France a true gourmand awakened. The French philosophy of cooking is rooted in the foundations of technique, ingredients, and overall dining experience.
The goal become to share the entire experience with each bite on your plate. When Max headed home, he realized there was a disconnect. When he went out, the French dining experience was not the same, it lacked the warmth, love, wine, butter, and generosity of spirit. This sparked a passion and from here on Chef Max has been experimenting and creating the most delectable dishes for his clients, community, and family.
